Campbell, lightboat northbound, as the lock chamber is being filled. The primary gate was disabled, so the secondary gate had to be used. Notice the water rolling over the far side of the secondary gate. To aid in filling the chamber more quickly, the secondary gate was lowered about three feet below the water line.
